For the advancement of
international criminal law professional and social interaction between
academics, policymakers and legal professionals on a worldwide level is
essential. In addition, with the establishment of new institutions such as
the ICC and Eurojust, the exchange of knowledge needs to be structured.
Therefore, experts from the
world’s international criminal law community together with Dutch
governmental parties and Science Alliance founded ICLN, the
International Criminal Law Network.
ICLN organises global interaction
between academics, policymakers and legal professionals in international
criminal law. ICLN operates from The Hague, the
host of the ICTY, the ICC, Europol, Eurojust and many other institutions
in the field of international criminal law.
