Dr Brianne McGonigle Leyh is the Vice- President of ICLN. She is an attorney specializing in international criminal law and procedure, human rights and transitional justice. Currently, she is researching and teaching at Utrecht University’s Netherlands Institute of Human Rights and University College Utrecht. In addition to her work with the university, she is an executive editor of the Netherlands Quarterly of Human Rights and she Co-Directs the Netherlands Office of the Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG). |
